📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions using SAP or similar financial software.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to monitor the health of the accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies in the accounts receivable process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure timely resolution of any billing issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar role in a logistics or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial software, such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
