📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging Japanese and Korean language lessons for students of all levels.
• Create and implement interactive and creative teaching methods to enhance language learning.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans, worksheets, and other educational materials.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Collaborate with the team to organize and facilitate extracurricular activities related to Japanese and Korean culture.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and participation.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends in language instruction.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the educational programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Japanese, Korean, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Japanese and/or Korean language.
• Fluency in both Japanese and Korean languages, both spoken and written.
• Experience in teaching English to speakers of other languages (ESOL) is a plus.
• Certification in TEFL, TESOL, or a similar teaching qualification is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and connect with students.
• Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
