📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects from inception to final handover
• Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, standards, and regulations
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians
• Maintain and update project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source and manage materials and equipment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Certification in electrical engineering (e.g., Professional Engineer, Certified Electrical Engineer) is a plus
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
