As an IT Endpoint Compliance & Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing all endpoints, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. You will ensure that all endpoints comply with our security policies and industry standards. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to employees, and implementing security measures to protect our systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage all endpoints, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to endpoints.
Provide technical support to employees, including software and hardware installations.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect our systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT endpoint compliance and technical support.
Certifications in IT security, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
Proficient in using endpoint management tools, such as Tanium, ManageEngine, or LANDESK.
Experience with vulnerability assessment tools, such as Nessus or Qualys.
Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
