📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and design high-quality graphics for brand identity, packaging, displays, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create visually compelling designs that align with our brand guidelines.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand identity and meet industry standards.
• Create eye-catching visuals for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to improve our visual communications.
• Assist in the development of our brand guidelines and style manuals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing retail and branding projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
