📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and bread products daily.
• Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain consistency in product quality.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bakery workspace.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of ingredients.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in baking and pastry making.
• Familiarity with using baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes.
