Port Operation Manager

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the port and terminal, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate with vessel agents, cargo owners, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient cargo handling.
• Manage and optimize the use of port equipment and resources to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve port efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on port performance metrics, including vessel turnaround times and cargo throughput.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of port operators and support staff.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance port operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in port operations and logistics management.
• Proven experience in managing port and terminal activities using software such as SAP, Navis, or similar.
• Certification in port operations or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and local language is required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
