Daily, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial sourcing and screening to onboarding and placement. You'll use industry-leading tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, and Greenhouse to streamline your workflow and ensure a seamless candidate experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and recruit top-tier talent for international clients across various industries.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial contact to onboarding and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a successful match.
• Use recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, and Greenhouse to streamline the hiring process.
• Conduct job analyses and develop effective job descriptions and requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international recruitment or a related field.
• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier talent.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, and Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus.
• Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
