📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, scheduling, and maintaining candidate records.
• Support the HR team in managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Help with the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of HR documents and records.
• Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.
• Assist in the coordination of HR-related events and activities.
• Help with the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
• Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing HR skills.
