📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of all facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Monitor energy usage and implement strategies to reduce consumption.
• Train and mentor junior staff on facilities maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities engineering or a similar role.
• Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using facilities management software such as SAP, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
