📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create accurate and detailed technical drawings for commercial and interior design projects using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and clients to ensure designs meet specifications and client expectations.
• Review and revise drawings to incorporate feedback and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and material schedules.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in commercial and interior design.
• Contribute to the development of design concepts and solutions.
• Maintain and organize project files and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial or interior design drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud services is a plus.
