Duta Maya Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into paying customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential customers to promote our restaurant's products and services.,Set and achieve monthly sales targets.,Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.,Attend and participate in sales training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
