The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and maintaining administrative records and files.,Assisting in the preparation and distribution of official documents and correspondence.,Handling and processing employee records, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.,Supporting the HR department with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.,Assisting with the organization and coordination of meetings, events, and training sessions.,Maintaining and updating administrative systems and databases.,Providing administrative support to senior management and department heads as needed.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of administrative software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
