Depot Rama Coffee is a well-known coffee shop in Sanur, Bali, offering a wide variety of high-quality coffee and coffee-related products. We are looking for a Senior Sales Counter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a strong sales background.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in and online customers.,Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Stock and manage inventory levels.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of coffee and coffee-related products.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
