Sehati Fitri Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior General Affairs professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative and operational aspects of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general affairs, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the administrative operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.,Handle and resolve employee-related issues, such as grievances and complaints.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve overall organizational performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.,Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office needs.,Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Affairs or Administrative role in a healthcare or corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of administrative and operational procedures.,Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
