📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in industrial packaging.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial packaging industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of the Indonesian market and industry trends.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
