📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of distributors and retailers in the Jakarta Barat area.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Set and achieve quarterly sales targets for assigned products.,Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.,Participate in trade promotions and marketing campaigns to drive sales.,Build and maintain positive relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with motorized distribution channels and logistics.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license for a motorized vehicle.
