📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of the International Pilates Teacher Training Program, including coordinating with trainers, participants, and venue providers.,Conduct market research to identify potential participants and partners for the training program.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase enrollment in the training program.,Manage the sales process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for participants.,Maintain and update the company's sales database and CRM system.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the training program through various channels.,Provide excellent customer service to participants and potential participants, addressing their inquiries and concerns.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.,Passion for fitness and wellness, and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
