📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and understand customer needs and preferences,Provide expert advice and recommendations on construction materials and tools,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional activities,Manage and track sales performance and targets,Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment,Provide excellent customer service and support

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service in the construction materials industry,Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
