📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the skills, qualifications, and responsibilities required for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist them in the onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
