Adecco is seeking a skilled Project Risk & Governance Manager or PMO Manager to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is crucial in managing and mitigating risks for our data center projects, ensuring smooth project execution and governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, risk assessment, and governance frameworks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement risk management strategies for data center projects.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.,Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and best practices.,Coordinate with stakeholders to address and mitigate risks.,Prepare and present risk reports to senior management.,Support the PMO in managing project portfolios and programs.,Facilitate project governance meetings and ensure adherence to policies.,Develop and maintain project documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Project Risk & Governance Manager or PMO Manager, preferably in the data center industry.,Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and governance best practices.,Experience with project management tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
