📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee quality processes and ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation and records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management or a related role in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in quality management systems, such as Lean Six Sigma or ISO 9001, is a plus.
• Proficient in using quality management software such as SAP QM or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes is a plus.
