📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their training needs and expectations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
