📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including meal preparation, food safety, and inventory management.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and hygiene.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen supplies and order new items as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Prepare and cook meals according to the restaurant's menu and customer requirements.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality and service.,Participate in inventory checks and cost control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,High school diploma or equivalent.
