📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee all HR activities and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.

Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.

Coordinate training and development programs.

Handle employee benefits and compensation.

Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using HR management software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven track record of achieving HR goals and objectives.

Familiarity with the logistics and transportation industry is a plus.
