Star Pro Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jember, Jawa Timur. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the success of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to maintain customer satisfaction.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, providing training and support to enhance performance.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.,Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in the restaurant.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.,Maintain accurate records and reports for internal and external audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or fast-casual setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage laws, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management tools.
