As a Corporate Recruiter at CSV Now, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we attract the best candidates for the job. Your daily tasks will include creating job descriptions, managing recruitment campaigns, conducting interviews, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we attract the best candidates for the job.
• Create and manage recruitment campaigns, including job postings, social media recruitment, and employer branding initiatives.
• Conduct initial and final interviews, as well as reference checks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and trends.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proficient in using recruitment software such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
