📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers and crew.

Plan and execute daily operations of the vessel.

Adhere to all maritime laws and regulations.

Communicate effectively with crew and management.

Maintain and inspect the vessel and its equipment.

Handle emergencies and crises effectively.

Ensure compliance with environmental protection standards.

Provide excellent customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain.

Valid Captain's license and STCW certification.

Good knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Experience in emergency management.

Familiarity with environmental protection standards.
