PT Digital Cempaka is a growing company in the digital industry, seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented and has a strong background in accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents.,Provide accounting support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting.,Good knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
