📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all staff members are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.,Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage inventory and budgeting to ensure profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience with remote management and team collaboration tools.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. (Preferred but not required)
