FLUX Cemerlang is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial health of our organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Monitor and control expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
