Represent Bay Bloom Nusantara at various events and promotions to promote our brand and products.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance our brand's reputation.,Lead and mentor a team of Brand Ambassadors, providing training, support, and guidance to help them succeed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.,Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our brand's performance.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of brand strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficient in using social media and digital marketing tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Passionate about the company's products and brand.
