📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.,Check in and check out guests, and manage their records.,Handle front desk operations, including reservations and cancellations.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
