🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
