📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage patients with complex medical conditions in ICU, ER, or CCU settings.
• Provide continuous care and support to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
• Conduct regular assessments and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Experience with patient monitoring equipment and ventilators.
